What we collect
Minetra stores the workforce information that employers, workers and clients enter into the platform - such as contact details, employment information, compliance documents, rosters, timesheets and payroll records - along with account details for people who use Minetra, and enquiries submitted through this website.
How we use it
- To operate the platform for the employer company that holds the account
- To let each role - employer, employee, client - see only what their permissions allow
- To respond to demo requests and support enquiries
We do not sell personal information.
How it's protected
Every employer company's data is isolated in its own tenancy, access is controlled by role-based and record-level permissions, data is encrypted in transit and sensitive actions are logged.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your data to be removed by emailing hello@minetra.com.au.
